Money-Back Policy

This policy applies to course and workshop fees paid directly to Spodisieh Digital. Third-party platform fees are outside our control.

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if the cohort or self-paced access has not started and you have not downloaded bulk materials. For started cohorts, see partial rules below.

Full refunds apply when we cancel a program, duplicate charges occur, or you cancel within the eligibility window without accessing downloadable packs marked as non-refundable.

If you withdraw after day one but before twenty-five percent of live sessions complete, you may receive a fifty percent credit toward a future program within six months, not cash, unless Korean consumer law requires otherwise.

Campaign Audit Studio deliverables after the written audit is delivered, certification exam fees paid to third parties, and custom enterprise contracts marked non-refundable are excluded.

Email [email protected] with enrollment ID, purchase date, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Refunds process within fourteen business days after approval. Korean consumers retain statutory rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Nothing here limits those rights. For cancellation of ongoing services, contact us before the next billing cycle if installments apply.
