General Terms

By accessing spodisieh.digital or enrolling in programs offered by Spodisieh Digital ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We provide educational courses, workshops, and related materials focused on marketplace advertising targeting. Services are informational and training-oriented. We do not operate ad accounts on your behalf, process payments for third-party ad platforms, or guarantee business outcomes.

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Enrollment is confirmed only after we send written confirmation and, where applicable, payment is received according to the published price. We may refuse service for policy violations or abusive conduct.

Course materials, templates, videos, and site content are owned by Spodisieh Digital or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of materials without written consent is prohibited.

You may not harass staff or participants, upload malware, scrape the site at scale, misrepresent your identity, or use course access to spam third parties. Violations may result in termination without refund where permitted by law and our Money-Back Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses, including lost profits or campaign performance changes. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation for thirty days. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, except where consumer protection law grants you non-waivable rights to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.

We may update these terms with notice on this page. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated by email where practicable. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. Sections on intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
